Why we exist
consultation.club is the brainchild of a specialist think tank led by Sam Leese, founder of Find Why Consulting. With a career in aesthetics stretching back to the early 2010s, Sam has spent over a decade immersed in global consumer and HCP research – from observing in-clinic behaviour across global markets to listening in on panel groups spanning the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.
That journey has revealed a category that is both liberating and confusing: filled with potential, but hampered by miscommunication, regulation, and outdated systems.
In Australia, those challenges are especially pronounced. With some of the world’s strictest regulatory environments and few off-the-shelf solutions that truly work for local clinics, practitioners are left stitching together tools that don’t fit.
Real tools for real problems
consultation.club began with a simple idea: the best tools come from real conversations.
aesthetiQ was our first spark — born from the gap between patients wanting help with a concern, and clinics showcasing a menu of treatments. The result? A clinic-branded quiz that makes patient intent clear from the start.
B&A came next, after hearing how hard it is to get consistent Before & Afters. So we built an app that uses AI-guided framing and secure capture to make the process seamless — for both staff and patients.
Rx grew from clinics trying to stay compliant, especially under Queensland’s S4 rules. It’s a smart logging tool that links medicine access to prescriptions, giving prescribers control and clinics peace of mind.
Every tool in the suite responds to a real in-clinic need — designed to support compliance, clarity, and care.

While consultation.club was founded in Australia, the problems we solve are global. Our tools are built to flex across different regulatory and clinical environments, and will be made available to clinics around the world as we grow.
