consultation.club is a product studio inside Find Why Consulting. Find Why is the consulting arm. consultation.club is the product arm — software that comes out of real clinic conversations, not category assumptions.
Find Why Consulting has spent the better part of a decade working inside aesthetic clinics — advising on operations, patient experience, and commercial strategy. That work put us in the room for a lot of conversations that ended with some version of: “I wish there was software that did this.”
aesthetiQ came first. We kept watching clinic owners lose patients at the website stage — curious people who arrived, didn't know what they wanted, and left without booking. A quiz that did the work of a great front-desk conversation turned out to be the answer. We built it, and it ships today.
B&A came from a nurse who couldn't defend her own results because the photos were inconsistent. Different angle, different lighting, different expression — the honest result got lost in the noise. We're building a guided capture app that fixes that.
Rx came from a prescriber who had no idea what was being administered under her name across three clinics. In Australia, prescribers carry legal responsibility for S4 medicines given by nurses. Most have very little visibility. Rx closes that gap.

We're always listening. If there's a problem in your clinic that software could fix, we want to hear it.
We spend time inside clinics before we write a line of code. What does the front desk look like? Where do patients hesitate? The product comes from watching, not assuming.
We talk to clinic owners, nurses, prescribers, and practice managers regularly. Not user research sessions — actual conversations about a real problem they're dealing with right now.
Each tool fixes one specific problem properly. We're not building a suite. We're building tools that each earn their place in the workflow before we add the next one.
aesthetiQ is live and billing. We watch how clinics use it, talk to the ones who onboard, and update it when we learn something. The same approach will apply to B&A and Rx.
We're not a software company that decided aesthetics was a vertical. We came the other way. The tools come from the conversations. The software is the by-product of actually understanding the category.
If there's something in your clinic that software could fix, we want to hear it. Some of those conversations turn into the next product.
