Agreement
By accessing or using any consultation.club product (aesthetiQ, B&A, Rx) or this website, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Use of the products
aesthetiQ is licensed to clinics on a subscription basis. The quiz and lead-capture tools are for lawful clinic marketing purposes only. You must not misrepresent the origin of leads or use aesthetiQ to capture data for purposes not disclosed to patients. B&A is a capture and tracking app for personal and clinical use. Captures must not be used to misrepresent treatment outcomes. Rx is a professional tool for Australian prescribers and authorised clinic personnel only.
Billing and cancellation
aesthetiQ subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time in the first month for a full refund. After the first month, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. B&A consumer subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple. B&A Pro billing terms will be confirmed at launch.
Intellectual property
All product software, brand assets, and content on consultation.club sites are owned by Find Why Consulting. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Find Why Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of any consultation.club product. Our total liability to any clinic or user in any 12-month period is limited to the amount paid by that user in that period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of any product after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
